For treatment of male pattern alopecia, the medicine that reduces the DHT concentration is prescribed.
In such cases of severe male pattern alopecia as described above, it may be helpful to take Finasteride or Dutasteride drug that has a DHT blocking effect. Based on this author's experience, Dutasteride-based drugs are more effective for patients aged 40 or older(without plan for children).
So, avodart, an oral agent, and Minoxidil and Ell-Cranell, the type applied to the skin, were prescribed. After 1 year of Moritherapy, significant improvement was achieved.

The patient suffered from much stress as the hair continued to fall out and thinned, and after a year of treatment, the condition improved significantly. In hopes of a little bit more improvement of the hair loss on the top of the head, the non-incisional hair transplantation has been planned.
Most hair loss patients can obtain satisfactory results with non-surgical treatment alone, and can undergo non-surgical treatment for treatment of existing hairs 4 weeks after hair transplantation.
In fact, many patients have undergone hair transplantation in combination with post-transplantation hair loss treatment.
In patients whose hair loss cannot be treated sufficiently, the satisfaction with results of treatment can be increased by performing the hair transplantation after about 6 months of non-surgical treatment.

Hair loss is a science. If the hair loss mechanism is well identified and the law of success is followed, any type of hair loss can be treated.
Cancer is not far from being conquered. It should be remembered that hair loss treatment is not as difficult as cancer treatment.
The next issue will focus on basic knowledge of hair loss, mechanism of hair loss, and cases of treatment by type of hair loss.
