"Professor Lee works as Clinical Associate Professor at Department of Dermatology Samsung Medical Center. She is the present head of Scar Clinic which has outstanding scar prevention and minimizing program after surgical procedures or trauma in an intimate network with other surgical departments. She has also been interested in antiaging and cosmeceuticals. Her thesis of Philosophiae Doctor’s Degree was about the basic research of working mechanisms how green tea extract plays a role in antiaging and UV induced skin aging process using three dimensionally built artificial skin. She shows excellent activities as academic director of Korean Society for pigment cell research and has been involved in many studies on refractory pigmentary diseases and their treatment."
