The vitamins, which add vitality to everyday life, can be said to be the vitamin B-complex. Stress, consumption of favorite foods such as coffee, alcohol, and sugar, and long-term medications increase the demand for the vitamin B-complex, and the absorption of the vitamin B-complex may decrease depending on the condition such as gastrointestinal absorption disorder.

There are many types of vitamin B.
At the time of initial discovery, it was determined as a single ingredient, and as the chemical analysis ability developed, it was gradually classified into various types and numbered one by one.
Afterwards, those with nonessential forms not requiring supplementation or those with chemical structures that did not match vitamins were excluded from vitamin B-complex (Figure 1).
The basic characteristics of vitamin B are as follows: First, it is an essential organic substance for the maintenance, growth and function of body tissues.
Second, because it is a water-soluble vitamin, it does not accumulate in the body and is easily discharged out of the body, so it is less toxic than fat-soluble vitamins.
Third, there are many cases where several B-complex vitamins work together rather than acting alone.
