MTS and Cytokine Therapy for Treating Alopecia

 

Ten years ago, most of the patients taking non-surgical hair loss treatments were men in their 40s and 50s.

 

These days, however, a growing number of the patients who seek clinical treatments for hair loss is in their 20s and 30s, and the number of patients in their 60s, 70s and 80s is also increasing.

 

As they actively engage in social activities and pay more attention to their appearances despite their advancing age, they are keen to seek and receive hair loss treatment. 

 

The 85-year-old patient shown in Picture 3 had female-female baldness with severe hair loss at the part line and at the crown.

 

Cytokine therapy was performed to infiltrate growth factors using Microneedle Therapy System (MTS).
