Based on such principle, a channel is opened through the bipolar microneedle radiofrequency that can also gives electric stimulus, and at the same time, the dermis is regenerated.

 

If electrophoresis and sonophoresis are subsequently performed on the penetration channel formed in this way, as mentioned in treatises of <Figure 7>, drugs or cosmeceuticals will be permeated into the skin more effectively, maximizing collagen regeneration and improving post-needle radiofrequency soothing and rejuvenating effects (Figure 8).

Of course, skin boosters are occasionally penetrated after the use of CO2 Fractional Laser in the hospitals, but there are some treatises indicating that CO2, on the contrary, interferes with skin penetration due to thermal stimulation-induced swelling and the exudate rising to the channel, by its nature.
